On the day of 31 October 2024, in the study of the notary Di Liegro of Torre Annunziata, the corporate reorganization of Cienne Group ended.
With this last act, a path started over a year ago that included the division and definition of the activities carried out by each company, allowing a fair allocation of resources.
The group is currently composed of:
Pharmacy Cienne Group srl
Cienne pharmaciae srl
Cienne Distribution srl
Cienne Farmacuetici srl
All the companies are at the head of the Nuzzo family and represent a consolidated group that goes on its growth path within the pharmaceutical and health market, strong of a consolidated turnover of more than 10 mln and of more than 35 collaborators between internal and external.
